ORDERED,
THAT the City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to execute and
deliver the attached Quin -Claim deed to Shirley Berger.
(Note: The Purpose of this deed is to release all tight, title and interest
of the City of Bangor In the described premises by virtue of a sheriff's
deed dated August 31, 1925; and to correct a former deed given by the City
of Bangor which did not properly describe the property.
