In Re: 18" Reeez Street

I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to have this building repaired
or tendered to a safe condition. This is a dilapidated structure and in
definitely a blight to the surrovndivg neighborhood.
The Realth Department has had this building placarded as being uriit
for human habitation for some time. The property is owned by Mr. Lee Lunn,
129 deet Street, Brantford, Ontario, Canada.
I would now recommend that this building be condemned aM be referred
to City Council for action.
