This is a dilapidated structure and in definitely a blight to the surrovndivg neighborhood. The Realth Department has had this building placarded as being uriit for human habitation for some time. The property is owned by Mr. Lee Lunn, 129 deet Street, Brantford, Ontario, Canada. I would now recommend that this building be condemned aM be referred to City Council for action. The inspection revealed that in the opinion of the under- signed, the structure is dilapidated, dangerous end unsafe end in its present condition, is a nuisance to its surrounding property owners. The laws of the State of Maine and the City of Bangor are such that the municipal officers may cause tris nuisance to be abated or removed unless said building is repaired to a safe condition as set forth in Chapter IA, Article 1, Section 105 of the Building Code, copy of which I an enclosing. It is our desire to discuss with you the disposition of this structure within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter. Please be advised that a permit from this office is necessary before you repair, demolish or remove this building.
