ORDERED,
TBAT the City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to execute
and deliver the attached Quit -Claim deed to Shirley Berger.
(Note: The purpose of this deed is to release all right, title and interest
of the City of Bangor in the described premises by virtue of a
sheriff's deed dated August 31, 1925.)

in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Shirley Berger
of the City of 31511$00[, County of Penobscot, State of Maine

the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby raddar,

Shirley Berger, his
Heirs and Assigns forever, all Its right, title and Interest In
and to the following described real estate situated at
Bangor in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as follow:
Congeencic& o the vest line of Center Street at a point fifty-four (54)
feet north of the Jefferson Parson lot, formerly so-called, being the
northeast corner of land lately conveyed by Hannah Chalmers to Blla W.
Haynes; thence westerly on the north line of land so as aforesaid
conveyed to said Haynes ninety-eight (98) feet, mare or less, to the
Joseph Carr line, formerly so-called; thence northerly on said Carr
line, sixty (60) feet; thence easterly on a line parallel with said
fust -described line to the west line of said Center Street; thence
southerly on said vest line of said street, sixty (60) feet to the
place of beginning, being part of the premises described in deed of Joseph
E. Merritt to Wmaeame Merritt, recorded in Penobscot Registry of
Gooch in Vol. 584, Page 148.
Meaning and intending to convey all the right, title, and interest of the
Grantor in and to said promisee by virtue of a certain Sheriff's used
dated August 31, 1925, aM recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol.
993, Page 411.
