April 3, 1967
I have been =v essful in my attempts to hove the structure
at 256 Ramook Street repaired or secured to a safe condition. Notices
have been seat to the last recorded rumor, Mrs. Lottie Isimce, who I
have eines learned is mw deceased. According to the treasurefs records,
the tares on this property for 1965 and 1966 have not been paid.
I would, therefore, recommend that this structure be removed and the
matter referred to the City Conrail for action.

building reported to be owned by you located at 256 a streN _
in the City of Bangor. (car. of Nu�Btreatj
The inspection revealed that in the opinion of the under-
signed, the structure is dilapidated, dangerous and unsafe and
in its present condition, is a nuisance tE the surrounding
property owners.
The Paws of the State of Maine and the City of Bangor are
such that the municipal officers may cause this nuisance to be
abated or removed unless said building is repaired to a safe
condition as set forth in Chapter IX, Article 1, Section 105
of the Building Code, copy of which I an enclosing.
It is our desire to discuss with you the disposition of this
structure within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter.
Please be advised that a permit from this office is necessary
before you repair, demolish or remove this building.

structure nor have you contacted this office as requested in
our previous correspondence.
Please consider this letter as a formal notice to secure or

within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this letter.
Should you fail to comply with these terms, this property will.
be referred to the City Council, who may canes this nuisance to
be abated or removed as set forth in Chapter 141, Section 25 through.

owned by you.
An inspection on December 27, 1966 does not indicate
that there has been any improvement in the safety of this
structure nor have you contacted this office as requested in
our previous correspondence.
Please consider this letter as a formal notice to secure or
demolish the unsafe and dangerous building located at 256 Haddock st;
within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this letter.
Should you fail to comply with these terms, this property will
be referred to the City Council, who may cease this nuisance to
