Notices have been seat to the last recorded rumor, Mrs. Lottie Isimce, who I have eines learned is mw deceased. According to the treasurefs records, the tares on this property for 1965 and 1966 have not been paid. I would, therefore, recommend that this structure be removed and the matter referred to the City Conrail for action. (car. of Nu�Btreatj The inspection revealed that in the opinion of the under- signed, the structure is dilapidated, dangerous and unsafe and in its present condition, is a nuisance tE the surrounding property owners. The Paws of the State of Maine and the City of Bangor are such that the municipal officers may cause this nuisance to be abated or removed unless said building is repaired to a safe condition as set forth in Chapter IX, Article 1, Section 105 of the Building Code, copy of which I an enclosing. It is our desire to discuss with you the disposition of this structure within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter.
