Council Order 204 - T Gentlemen Please be advised that the Planning Board held a public hearing, September 16, 1966, on the above request. The Planning Board gave careful consideration to the question of zoning the site for Industrial Parkuse. The Board considered: (a) the effect such use would have on adjacent land. (b) what the potential land use might be in out new Zoning Ordinance when revised. (c) the need of the City to replace the economic loss of WH closing with new industrial base industry and jobs. (d) the anchor of land that should be zoned (t) 40 Acres as the Ordinance states for an Industrial Site (2) 66.7 Acres, revised request by the Economic Development Department. After careful consideration the Planning Board 1. Unanimously voted to recommend approval of the zoning change -mended to include approximately 67.5 acres, from Agricultural to Industrial Part Zone. 141 the renter of Maine --the Gateway to MAI North Words and Seashore Robert of cSxztguse AIR'= PLANNING DEPARTMENT 2.
