amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
That a change from Agricultural zone to Industrial Park coca an area of land
located on the south aide of Interstate 95 and adjacent to the Maine Vocational
School site being more particularly described as follows:
To Be changed to "Industrial Park zone"t
Beginning at a point on the south side tine of Interstate 95 and being the
cOrth west comer of the State of Maine Vocational School site and the north east
omer of the Rudnicki property.
Thence in a westerly direction along the south aide line of Interstate 95
for a distance of 1250' more r less to a point being a point dividing the pro-
perties of Rudnicki and Bragg.
Thence continuing in the same direction for a distance of 7951 more or less
to a point.
Thence in a southerly direction for a distance of 235f more or leas to s
point being the north west comer of the Rudnicki property.
Thence continuing in the same direction along the weer side line of the
Rudnicki property for a distance of 1375' more or Less to a Point being the south
west comer of the Rudnicki land.
Thence in a north easterly direction along aun line between Rudnicki
and Voodlawn Development Corporation for a distance of 21101 more or leas to a
point being the south east comer of the Rudnicki land.
Monte in a northerly direction along the east line of the Rudnicki land
and the west line of the State of Maine Vocational School site for a distance of
14201 more or leas to the point of beginning.
Thus describing a portion of Lot 3A, Rural Sheet 62, and Lot 13A, Rural Sheet
55, City of Bangor Assessors Maps.
This Parcel containing 67.5 acres more or less.

In the proposed rezoning Council Order 204-T there are two errors in
distant factors. In paragraph four line me the figure 1514 should be amended
to read as 11501, and to paragraph five line me the figure 2110' should be
amended to read as 13001.

Council Order 204 - T
Gentlemen
Please be advised that the Planning Board held a public hearing, September
16, 1966, on the above request.
The Planning Board gave careful consideration to the question of zoning
the site for Industrial Parkuse.
The Board considered:
(a) the effect such use would have on adjacent land.
(b) what the potential land use might be in out new Zoning Ordinance
when revised.
(c) the need of the City to replace the economic loss of WH closing
with new industrial base industry and jobs.
(d) the anchor of land that should be zoned
(t) 40 Acres as the Ordinance states for an Industrial Site
(2) 66.7 Acres, revised request by the Economic Development Department.
After careful consideration the Planning Board
1. Unanimously voted to recommend approval of the zoning change -mended
to include approximately 67.5 acres, from Agricultural to Industrial Part Zone.

2. Unanimously voted to recommend that the City of Sanger acquiring and
retain ownership of the additional Sand of approximately 27.5 acres, not a part
of the plant site in consideration. Until such time as the Economic Development
Department has use for it fore compatible Industry.
