intersection of Cedar and First Streets, Bangor.

Dear Mr. Frawley:
The undersigned David W. Fox is acquiring a lot or parcel
of land situate on the east side of Essex Street and being premises
the title of which is presently standing in the name of Allen L.
Books. The said premises are located between 793Essex Street and
831 Essex Street. The acquisition Of said real estate is for the
purpose of residential construction. The undersigned William M.
Stockson is the owner of premises situate at 831 Essex Street.
We request that a survey be made to determine the economic
feasibility of installing a sewer line to service our respective
properties. We would appreciate being advised as to the costs to
each property owner of such a sewer installa=ion.
You are aware, of course, that the said properties must
now be serviced by a septic tank system and since David W. Fox is
planning to commence construction on said premises on or about
May 1, 1967, your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated
