ORDERED, that the city Treasurer be and hereby is authorized to execute
a' the attached Release Deed in favor of the Eastern True and banking
Company and deliver sea, to them upon payment of the 1964 taxes
on the described property.

R NON ALL MAN BY T H E S R PAZ SB N T S, THAT
THE CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, in the County of Pena4co\.
and State of Wine, in consideration of one Geller ($1.00) and other valuable
considerations (Lees than $100.00) paid by PASTERN TRUST ANO BANKING COMPANY, a
corporation established by leu, and having its place of business at Bangor, in rhe
County of Penobscot, and State of Maine, the receipt whereof 1s hereby acknowledged,
doeshereby remise, release, sell and forever quiGwlait unto the said Eastern Trust
and Backing Coppery, its successors and assigns forever, all its right, title, and
interest in and to the following described Teal estate, situated at Bangor, in the
County of Penobscot, and State of Maine, and more particularly described as follows:
A certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings thereon,
situate on the easterly side of Third street In said Bangor and bounded
and described as follows: CC®eneing on the easterly side of Third
Street, at an iron pin set in 1910 by Henry Coombe, C. E., on the line
between the lot formerly occupied by the John Bright Estate end the
lot formerly owed or occupied by Augustus J. Henry; thence rdnning
northeasterly, along said Third Street, to a are" set or to be set in
the Rebound, fifty (50) feet: thence on a line parallel with Cedar Street,
about one hundred and twenty .(120) feet, to the easterly line of said lot;
theme southwesterly along the easterly line of said Lot as long years
established, to the northerly line of said Bright lot; thence westerly
along the northerly line of said Bright Estate lot, so-called, to the
place of beginning; being all and the ueae promises conveyed to the
said Eastern Trutt and Backing Cmpany by Mortgage Used of Virgil C.
Rice dated April 1, 1964, and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of
Goods in Vol. 1940, page 289.
Waning and intending to convey all the right, title and interest of the
Grantor in and to said premises by virtue of a certain expired to lien
for unpaid taxes for the year of 1964. Said lien is dated April 22, 1965,
and is recorded 1n said Registry of hands in Vol. 1998, Page 102.
TO HAVE ANO To HOLD the above -released premises, with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereof, to the said Eastern Trust and Banking Conspenll, its successors
And assigns forever,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of Bangor has caused this instrument
to be sealed with Its corporate seal and signed in its corporate name by John
G. Field, its Treasurer, thereunto duly authorized, this day of
September, in the War of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven.
