Beginning at a point on the southeasterly right of way line
of Min Street, said point being the intersection of the
northeasterly line of a tight of way caned by the Bangor Hydro-
electric Ceeeany, as recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds,
Voles 1334, page 482; thence southeast along said lim of
Bangor Hydro -Electric land for a distance of two hundred and
ninety (290) feet were r less to the line of man low water
of the Penobscot near thence following the Lim of men low
water in a northeasterly direction to the southwesterly line
of land owned by the Bocony-Mobil Oil Coraany, as recorded to
Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 628, page 20; thence
northwest along said southwesterly line of the Swaayflobil Oil
property for a distance of four hundred end twenty -ton (422)

of the Maim Central Railroad right of my; theme southwest

This deed in given by said Grantors to confirm the Notice of Lay
Out and Taking filed against said premises by said Grantee, duly
filed In Penobscot County Registry of Rede on June 21, 1966,
and to acknowledge full payment to said Grantors due under said
proceeding.

and appurtenances thereof, to the said Inhabitants of the City of Bangor, its Successors
and assigns forever. And we do covenant with [M1e Said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, that we are lawfully seized In fee of the premises; that they are free of all
encumbrances; that we have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Grantee
and that we and our heirs shall and will warrant and defend the same to the said Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever, against the Lawful claims and demands of all persona.
