An insnectinn was made by 4r. Lamson and myself of this Department on Friday, Oct. 14th.
A letter was sent to you on the sane day notifying you of violations to Chapter V, Art.2
of the Laws and Ordinawss of the City of gouger existant in your establiahmont at the

On Monday, Oemnber 6th, a second inspection was made to determine comoliace with the

You were told on the occasion of but. inspections that me of the principle reasons of
this nepartmentds disapproval of year operation. was that of an messSlve mount of unused

time of the impectlons added to the unsatiefmtOW Condition. We offered to assist you
in finding a more suitable site for relocation, if you desired, to remain in operation in
Bangor.
On December 2711966 of L.r thn expiration of the fourteen drys period, an investigation
