PLAMMkMG DEPARTMENT

TO: City Council
FROM: Planning Director
RE: Application for Junk Yard Permit (Rolnick)
Gentlemen
The application for a permit for the Rolnick Yard has been disapproved
by this department.
It is my opinion that this yard has not maintained satisfactory
standards as set by the state or as should be maintained for the city's
beat interest.
Any future approval should be dependent on compliance to strict re-
gulations imposed by the city.
Sincerely yours,

Planning Director
