Reference is made to Council Order 75-T, passed Feb. 26,
1966, relative to the proposed extension of Garland Street for
a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet from its easterly
terminus.
The work has been completed, consisting of a 22 foot wide
tar surface with open ditches on both aides. The actual coat
of construction was $2,302,00, of which amount 1/3, or $767.34,
may be assessed against the adjacent property owners. In accord-
ance with the original recommendation, the actual assessments
will be as follows:
Paul Rudman 150 Ft. 0363.67
Laura D. Brown 150 Ft. 383.67.
It is therefore recommended that the assessments be levied
as outlined above.
