EASEMENT
MOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT We, Bangor Hydro -Electric
Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under the Laws
of the State of Maine, City of Bangor, County of Penobscot and
State of Maine, in consideration of Ona Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable considerations paid by the City of Bangor, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant onto the said City of
Bangor and its agents the right to enter upon our land located at
the southwesterly corner of the proposed sewage treatment plant site
on lower Main Street to construct and maintain an earth embankment
within the limits defined by the slope limit line as shown on City
of Bangor Right of Way Plan, No. 5-6$7, dated September 22, 19bb,
on file in the office of the City Engineer.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We, the said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company,
Of the said County of Penobscot end State of Maine, have hereunto set
our hands and seal this 17-44 day of a 6.,j.�j
