Comcilmm� RELEASE DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That The City of Bangor, a municipal corporation located in Penobscot County, State of Maine, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and cther good and valuable consideration paid by Katherine M. Nadeau of Bangor. County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit- claim unto the said Katherine M. Nadeau, her heirs and assigns forever, the following described parcel of land; Beginning at a point on the easterly right of way line of Broadway located 100.83 feet north from the northerly right of way line of North Park Street; said point being on the northerly line of the land of Katherine M. Nadeau as described in deed of Robert Boynton to Benno L. Nadeau and Katherine M. Nadeau dated August 15, 1955 and recorded in Volume 1496, Page 121, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds; thence east along the northerly line of said Nadeau property a distance of 76 feet; thence north at right angles to the above described line a distance of 24 feet; thence west on a line parallel to and 24 feet distant from the first described line a distance of 76 feet to the easterly right of way line of Broadway; thence south along said easterly right of way line of Broadway for a distance of 24 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel contains 1824 square feet. This deed is given for the purpose of correcting the description in a deed from The City of Bangor to Katherine M. Nadeau dated June 25, 1968 and recorded in Volume 2135, Page 168, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. This conveyance is made pursuant to an order of the City Council of said Bangor passed August 26, 1968. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above released premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said Katherine M. Nadeau, her heirs and assigns forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said city of Bangor has caused this deed to be signed in its corporate name and its corporate seal affixed thereto by John G. Field, its Treastrer, duly authorized, this day of , A. 0. 1968.
