Introduced and filed by c e RELEASE AND ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENTS WHEREAS, JOHN R. GRAHAM wed ELAINE C. GRAHAM, hush" ani wife, both of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, are the aware as joint tenants and not as tenants in common of a certain lot or parcel of land with all buildings thereon situate in said Banger sM bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning at a point on the extension in a northerly direction of the westerly line of Summit Avenue, said point Being 150 feet northerly of the northerly boaW of Garlani Street; thence proceeding northerly along the extension of the westerly bound of Summit Avenue a distance of 50 feet, note or leas, to an Iron bolt set in the ground; thence turning left at an angle of 850 50' and proceeding easterly a distance of 216.3 feet to an iron bolt set in the ground on the extension in a northerly direction of the easterly bound of Bellevue Avenue; thence turning left at an angle of 94" 7' and proceeding southerly along the extension of the easterly line of said Bellevue Avenue a distance of llg3£eet to an iron bolt set in the ground; thence pro- ceeding easterly on a course parallel to and 150 feet northerly of the northerly line of Garland Street a distance of 220.22 feet, care or less, to the paint of beginning. Being the a pe preview conveyed to said John R. Graham and Elaine C. Graham by Clara B. Graham by her warranty deed dated April 24, 1964, recorded at Penobscot Registry of Deeds on April 28, 1964 in Vol. 1944, Page 286, to which reference may be had, and WHEREAS, the aforesaid pveadses of said John R. Graham and Elaine C. Graham we contained within the hounds of a "Pian of Lad on State " Garland Street, Bangor, Maine" surveyed and lotted for Charles D. Stanford and others, said Plan being dated May 1897 and being recorded at Penobscot County Registry of Deeds on April 24, 1908 in Plan Book B, Page 34, to which reference may be had, and WHEREAS, said recorded Plan divides the etas shown thereon into Into or parcels of land lying northerly of State Street at said Bangor ad southerly of Mount Hope Avenue at said Bangor, and shows thereon certain are" lying northerly of said Garland Street an being Intended foe use ane streets anal for use as a park, and WHEREAS, one of said streets shown on said Plan is contained within the bounds of the aforesaid prendees of said Jahn R. Graham and Elaine C. Graham, and WHEREAS, certain of the lots shown on paid Plan have since the recording thereof been sold by reference to said Plan, " WHEREAS, by reason of the recording of said Plan the City of Bangor has acquired or may have acquired certain rights or easaients with respect to the use of the areae designated on said Plan Be streets, and WHEREAS, the exercise of the aforesaid rights or easements, in so far " the same ere exercisable upon said with respect to the aforesaid land Of said John R. Graham, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said CITY OF RANCOR, a punieipal corporation located in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for Itself, its successors and assigns, does hereby release end abandon to
