Amending Chapter IT, Article,9 Section 2.3 Bsdtordair bytha City Cauw.M'oft Citgo%Bangor,a(Yours: Chapter II, Article 9, Section 2.3 shall be amended to read as follows: "Services shall mean all telephone, gas, water, electrical and power service towel service, laundry and cleaving service, leases or rentals of all grounds, buildings, offices, space or equipment required by the City, or leased or rented by the Citv to others, the repair or maintenance of equipment or real property owned by, or the responsibility of, the City and shall include all labor furnished to the City by persons, firms, individuals or corporations not part of or connected with the City Government. It s.'all not include debt service, either the repayment of principal or the payment of interest charges. Note: The underlined words have been added to the present Ordinance.
