The windows have been broken out and the building has been vacant for sometime. The heirs of Mise Nora Fallon are the last recorded owners of this property and Mr. Tames Mooney is the executor of her will. According to the tax records from the Treasurer's Office, the taxes have act been paid an this property Some 1962. Possibly a lien on this property could be executed which would give the city the right to demolish this building. Respectfully submitted, Cuy aeM� PUBLIC NOTICE You are hereby notified that a hearing will be held by the Municipal Officers of the City of Merger at the Council Hoom, City Hall, on the 13th day of May 1968 at eight o'clock in the evening, to determine whether the building at 391 Hancock Street (owned by the heirs of Miss Nora Fallon) in said Bangor, constitutes a burnt or dangerous building, or whether said building constitutes a hawed to safety or health seal which also exerts a downgrading or blighting influence on the surrounding neighborhood.
