TETT the building at 588 Renduskeag Avenue, owned by Mr, and MLe.
Richard Sleight of winterport, is adjudged to be a nuisance or dangerous and that
the same should be demlished, in accordance with the provisions of Title 17,
M.R.S.A. See. 2851 through 2853.

You are hereby notified that a heaving will be held by the Municipal
Officers of the City of Bangor at the Council Room, City Hall, on the 13th
day of May 1966 at eight o'clock in the evening, to determine whether the
building at 588 Kenduskeag Avenue (mored by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sleight of
Winterport, Maine) in said Bangor, constitutes a burnt or dangerous building,
or whether said building constitutes a hazard to safety or health and which
also exerts a downgrading or blighting influence on the surrounding neigMorhood.

Regarding the dwelling at 586 Kenduekeag Avenue, this building is in a
dilapidated condition and has not been repaired or secured to a safe condition
as per our notices to the owners.
The last recorded owner of this property is Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sleight,
who reside in Xinterport, Maine.
1 would now recommend that this building be condemned and referred to the
City Council for action.
