a certain lot or strip of land on the easterly side of Broadway in
said Bangor, 24 feet front by 76 feet deep, and which lies adjacent
to property now or formerly owned by F. G. Hewes. gain g the same
parcel of land acquired by the City of Bangor by Writ of Possession
issued from the Superior Court, Penobscot County. State of Maine,
January Term, 1943, and being the same property described in dead
recorded in Vol. 950, Page 221, Penobscot Registry of Deeds: see
also tax dead from Dakin Realty Company to the City of Bangor, dated
February 21, 1941, and recorded in Volume 1133, Page 35, Penobscot
County Registry of Deeds.
Meaning and intending hereby to convey the same promises as were
conveyed to Bends L. Nadeau add Katherine L. Nadeau, husband and
wife, As ,Joint tenants, by deed of Robert E. Boynton, dated August
iSe 1965, and being recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of
Deeds in Volume 1496, Page 123, the said Menne L. Nadeau having died
an August 5, 1964.
