It will be noted most certain frontages are considered non-
assessable inasmuch as they are occupied by state Cr Federal
aigoway crossings. Also the properties marked by an asterisk are
occupied by businesses relocated from the downtown tubes Renewal
area which, in accordance with City Council Order 179-R, are not
to be assessed.
It is fnr£ner recommended that the assessments for all nres-
ently undeveloped property be deferred until such time as the
property is developed, provided that the present property trimers
farnisa to the city a recordable instrument acimowledging their
responsibility to pay said assessment upon development, and
d further
provided that the property owners limit the sale price of te
property to any interested developer referred to them by the city
of Bangor to a maximum price of >2,500.00 per acre.
A plan snowing the properties to be assessed is attached.
