as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor on January 7, 1954, as
emended, be hereby further amended as follows:
To change from Agricultural Zone to General Business zone a parcel of land
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a bolt set in the ground 1n the easterly line of Hogan Road
marking the southwest comer
of a lot of land conveyed by Ralph Dyer, Inc, to
Myrothel Inc. by deed dated July 17, 1966, and recorded in the Penobscot County,
Maine, Registry of Deeds in Book 3067, Page 13, thence generally easterly but
always following the southerly line of land of MyrotheL Inc. five hundred (500)
feet to a bolt to be set in the ground; thence generally southerly parallel to
the easterly line of Hogan Road fifty (50) feet to a bolt to be set in the ground;
thence generally westerly parallel to the southerly line of land of Myrothel Inc.
five hundred (500) feet to a bolt to be set in the ground in the easterly line
of Hogan Road; thence generally northerly but always following the easterly
line C Hogan Road fifty (50) feet to the bolt at the point of beginning, con-
taining 15,000 square feet.

Action fora zoning change will be initiated with tie Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 lays prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor. The x
commendation of the Planning Board 1s then returned to tie Bangor City Council for
final action.
