KNOW ALL HER BY THERE PEPB&lTS, That the City of Bangor, a municipal
corporation located in Penobscot County, State of Naive, in consideration of Nue
Dollar (81.00) and other good and valuable considerations, paid by Leland J.
Rollins, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Mains, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged. do hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit -claim
unto the said Leland J. Rollins, his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described parcel of land:
Vacant let No. ll -A, City Assessors Sheet No. R-5.
Northeast side of Union Street - appxoximttely 50
ft. by 205 ft., in accordance with attached drawing.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with all the
privileges and appurtenonces thereof, to the said Leland J. Rollins, his
heirs and assigns, forever; so that nalther the said City of Bangor car its
successors or assigns, or any cast person or persona claiming from or under
it or them, or in the sums, sight or steed of it or them, shall or will, by
any way or meens, have, claim or demand any right Or title to the aforesaid
Promises, or their appurtenances, or to any part or parcel thereof. forever.
