wife, both of Buyer, County of Penobscot, State of Maine,

A restate lot or parcel of land with all the buildings standing
thereon, situate in Bangor at the junction of Valley Avenue and the
read leading acres* the bridge fru Valley Avenue to the Levant Read
on the generally westerly side of Valley Avenue, and the generally
southerly side of the road leading across the bridge hounded and de-
scribed as fellows, viz: Beginning on the generally westerly sloe
lip of said Valley Avenue at a point where the sue is intersected
by the generally northerly line of a lot of land described in a deed
fru Marion Triggs to Ambers M. Lantz dated July 10, 1911, recorded
in Penobscot Registry of reeds, Vol. 826, Page 52{ thence in a gen-
erally northerly direction on and by said Valley Avenue seventy-two
(72) feet to the road leading fru Valley Avenue to the Levant Road
across the bridge{ thence in a generally westerly direction on and
by said road leading across The bridge eighty-two and one-half (82h)
foot to the rear line of the lot; thence in a generally southerly
direction on and by said rear line seventy-two (72) feet to said
northerly side line of said lot of land so conveyed by said Marion
Triggs to Ausborn N. Lantz; thence in a generally easterly direction
on and by said northerly side line of said lot of land ae conveyed
by said Marion Triggs to Au$born N. Lantz eighty-two and as -half
(82x1) feet, More or less, to the point began At.
Being all and the $able premises that were assigned with rights
of foreclosure to the Grantors herein as joint tenants and net as
tenants in common, by instrument dated May 15, 1967 and recorded in
the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in vol. 2102, Page 258.
