This is a dilapidated structure and is definitely a blight to the surrounding neighborhood. The last recorded owner of this property is Mr. and Mrs. John Ring, who reside at 61 Merrimac Street, Bangor, Maine. I would now recommend that this building be condemned and referred to the City Cowas il for action. Respectfully submitted, Cry CM: as John N. King died Dec. 29, 1969. The property was held in joint tenancy. Gertrude D. King is now the owner.
