BUILDING INSPECTOR DEPARTMENT
MEyORANDCM
To: City Manager
From: Building Inspector
Subject: 323 Hassock Street
March 18, 1960
Regarding the building at 323 Hancock Street which is located on
Maine Central Railroad Company property, this structure is in
a dilapidated
and unsafe condition and has not been secured or repaired by the owner.
The last recorded owner of this property is Mr. C. M. Tenbroeck, Sr.,
Yacht Basin A, Dgytom Beach, Florida. However, our certified letter to him
was returned unclaimed.
I, therefore, would recommil that this building be condemned and referred
to the City Council for action.
