_That Chapter VIII, Article 15, Section 1 be amended as follows:
Bec. 1 Board of Auoeals Established. A Board of Appeals is hereby established.
The word "Board", when used in this section,
shall be o ostrued to mean The Board of Appeals. The Board shall consist
