Be it ordained 6y she City Courmil of City ofBanpor, aafollows. _That Chapter VIII, Article 15, Section 1 be amended as follows: Bec. 1 Board of Auoeals Established. A Board of Appeals is hereby established. The word "Board", when used in this section, shall be o ostrued to mean The Board of Appeals. The Board shall consist ist of MOO five members and rare associate membere who shall be residents the City of Bangor as provided by the Revised Statutes of the state of Maine.
