WHEREAS, the City of Bangor has committed itself to make available to its employees the benefits of the State Retirement System, anL WHEREAS, the State Retirement System provides that employees i css of 70 rs yeaof age must be retired unless special provisions soon made, and WHEREAS, Daniel L.
