Introduce and filed by ............ .4CuunciLren CITY OF BANGOR, MAINE Engineering Department October 22, 1969 To: The Municipal Officers Pursuant to council Order 218-R, passed November 9, 1964, directing the construction of Godeoe Road for a distance of 400 feet south of Perry Road, the following report is submitted: The new roadway consisted of a 24 foot wide travel way hav- ing a tar surface and having 8 foot gravel shoulders. The total cost of construction was $6,1B4.00, of which mount 50%, o $3,092.00, may be assessed against the properties benefited, as follows: Bangor Drug Company 100 359.20 P.R.D., Vol. 1969, page 321 Bangor Drug Company- non -assessable 100 359.20 Boy Scouts of America 260.8 936.80 P.R.D., Vol. 1189, page 329 Vol. 1603, page 98 It is recommended that the assessments be levied as noted above with the exception of the assessment for the Boy Scouts of America property which should be deferred until such time as the property is developed, provided that a suitable recordable in- strument is received.
