Description Of Larkin street School Lot
Beginning on the southwesterly sight -of -way line of Larkin
Street approximately 227 feet northwest from the northwesterly
right-of-way line of main Street on the north line of land now
or formerly owned by Gerald M. Rush as described in a deed re-
corded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 1639, page 85;
thence in a westerly direction along said line for a dis-
tance of 160 feet;
thence north at right angles to the last -described line
approximately 118.5 feet to the south line of land now or for-
merly owned by Edmund R. and Elizabeth C. 0'-00le as described
in a deed recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume
1305, page 157;
thence east along the south line of said property for a
distance of 50 feet more or less to the west line of land new
or formerly owned by Asneve Belinian as described in a deed
recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 940, page 110;
thence in a southerly direction along the west line of said
Helinian property 18.5 feet more or less to the south line of
said property.

in Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is

land on which It is situated, all as more particularly described as follows:

or them, shall or will, by any way or mane have, claim or demand any
right or title to the aforesaid premises, or their appurtenances, or to
