This deed is further given Co release any interest in the said premises which the City of Banger may have by virtue of CM folloving tax liens against United Sales and Service, Inc.: Lien recorded My 5, 1966 and raided in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 22050, Page 243, Lien recorded May 5, 1967 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Weds In Volume 2100, Page 535 and Lien recorded May ], 1969 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2129, Page 831. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above released premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof to the said Home Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, its successors and assigns forever.
