of the City of Bangor at the Council Room, City Hall, On the llth day of August,
1969, at eight o'clock in the evening to determine whether the building located along
the old railroad bed leading from wilford Street, rear of 9]] Essex Street, and weed
by the Maine Rural Missions Association, constitutes a burnt or dangerous building,
or whether said building constitutes a hazard to safety or health and which also
exerts a downgrading or blighting influence on the surrounding neighborhood.

SUBJECT: Old Building Along Old Railroad Bed
This building is located along the old railroad bed leading from
Milford Street, being in the rear of 477 Essex Street. This building was
formerly owned by Ferdinand W. static but is now owned by the Maine Rural
Missions Association. It is an old two-story brick structure that was
formerly one as yxry, µy op po g�e to Nr. Arlington
I have been unable to get this building repaired or estored to a
safe condition{ therefore, I recommend that it be referred to the Council
for action.
