SUBJECT: Building at 50-52 Railroad Street
I have been enable to get this building repaired, senured, or demolished.
All notices have been sent to the rightful owners, and today it is in the
state a at the time of the notices. Therefore, I recommend that it
be referred to the Council for action.
Following is a list of the heirs who are the owners of this property:
