Maine, is adjudged to be a nuisance or dangerous and that the same
should be abated, in accordance with the provisions of Title 11,-M.R.S.A
Sec. 2851 through 2853.

You are hereby notified that a hearing x111 be held by the Municipal Officers
of the City of Bangor at the Council Room, City Hall, oc the 28th day of Only, 1969,
at eight o'clock in the evening to determine whether the buildings at 114-116 and
118-120 Parker Street, owned by Mr. Fred Graver of 14 Pere Street in maid Bangor and
John S Cora Lyons of Lubec. Maine, constitute burnt or dangerous buildings, or
whether said buildings constitute a basard to safety or health and which also exert
a downgrading or blighting influence on the surrounding neighborhood.
Batsd at Bangor, Maine, this 14th day of July, 1969.

I have been unable to get these buildings located at 114-116 and
118-120 Parker Street repaired or restored to a safe condition. The
cords show that this property is owned by Nr. Fred Grover, 14 Fern
Street, Bangor, also Sohn & Cora Lyons, Lubec, Maine.
All notices have been sent and no work has been started to repair
these structures; therefore, I recommend that they be referred to the
Council for action.
