The owner of this property is Mrs. Amber Porter, 26 Fountain Street, header, Maine All notices have been sent and no work has been started to repair this structure{ therefore, I reoommeni teat it be referred to the Council for action. Goff, City Manager FROM: 0µy MacCrae, Building Inspector SUBJECT: Dilapidated Building 15 Second Street Avenue The building at 15 Second Street Avenue is in avery dilapidated and very dangerous condition. It has no foundation andi many, of the posts have deteriorated and rotted. Also, there is a lot of debris around the premises. The owner has been informed of its condition send realizes that something should be done. In W opinion, the cost to bring this building up to code would be prohibitive.
