SUBJECT: Building at 30 Milford Street
I have been,arable to get this building located at 30 Milford Street
repaired or restored to a safe condition. This is heirship property owed
by Mabel Ids devisees. They have all been contacted through notices, and
through a telephone conversation with a California heir the heirs indicated
to me that they had no interest in this building.
The heirs are listed below, and I recommend that this be referred to
the City Council for action.

C. Higgins, 739 Likehaven Drive, Sunnyvale, California; Ms. Francis F. Higgins, 2931
Glendale Avenue, Had wood City, California, constitutes a burnt or dangerous build-
ing, or whether said building constitutes a hazard to safety or health and which
also exerts a downgrading or blighting influence on the surrounding neighWrhood.
