Currently, the building has 2 units on the property and has non -conforming protections for the second lot. The zone change would allow up to 4 units on the property if other lot requirements are met. This is a request from the subject property owner, Isidore and Shelly Okere residing at 243 Fox Hollow Lane in Bangor,. The 2012 Comprehensive Plan did call this lot out as URD-1.
