That the zone boundary lines as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor on January y, 1954, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: To change from General Business zone to Parka d Institutional zone a parcel of land More particularly described as follows. Beginning at the north west corner of Hogan Road and Mount Hope Avenue. Thence in a northerly direction along the westerly sideline of Hagan Road for a distance of 17701, more or less, to a point on the westerly sideline of Hogan Road; Thence in a westerly direction at right angles to Hogan Road Her a distance of 6001, mare or less, to the northwest carver of the existing General Business zone, Thence in a southerly direction along the westerly line of the existing General Business zone and running parallel to Hagan Road for a distance of 19001, more or. lees, to a point anthe north sideline of Mount Hope Avenue; Thence easterly direction along the north sideline of Mount Hope Ave a for adistan eof 6001, r less, to the northwest corner of Mount Hope Avenue and Hagan Road being the point of beginning. After consideration of the proposed change, its relationship to the Comprehensive Plan and since it relates directly to State land which is part of the Eastern Maine Vocational Technical Institute, the Planning Board voted to approve the sone change.
