corporation, located in Penobscot County, State of Wine, in Consideration of Chad
Dollar (81.00) and other good and valuable considerations, pall by OTe JMSM
HOSPITAL, a corporation duly established and located in Bangor, County of Penobscot.
State of Minn. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby ramie, release,
sell and forever quit -claim unto the said R. JOSEPH HOSPITAL, is su"eesors sed
assigns forever, the Longfellow School, so-called, located in said Hager, and the
land on which 1t is situated, all as more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a polar an the easterly tight -of -way
life of Canter Street at the northerly line of land owned
by The Pelicten Sisters of The Order of St. Francis of
Connecticut, Inc, (St. Joseph's Hospital), as conveyed by
dead from Carol L. Strauss dated June 4, 1947 and recorded
In Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 1466, Page 1491 thence
north along said easterly line of Center Street for a
distance of 100 feet to the southerly line of land now 0
formerly owned by Bernice H. Dickeaon, as com"ad by deed
from Charles S. Hubbard dated July 9, 1900 and recorded in
Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 699, Page 143{ thence
in an asterly direction along the southerly line of said
Dickenson land for a distance of 160.75 feat more or lee$ to
the westerly right-of-way line of French 9tveetl thence south
along said westerly line of French Street for a distance of 15
feet to the northerly line of land owned by The yelic"n
Sisters of The Order of St. Prancle of Connecticut, Inc.
(St. Joseph's Hospital) as aaquirnd from the City of Fangos
by deed dated January 18, 1960 and recorded in Penobscot
Registry of Deeds, Volume 1109, Page 1091 thence along the
northerly line of the Hospital lend as follow81 vest On
line parallel to and 15 feet south from said Dickens" line
for a distance of 138 feet to a polar, south on a line parallel
to the westerly line of French Street for a distance of 85 feet

Being all and the same premises as destuibed in a deed
from Joseph P. Bass to Ara Warren dated April 44, 1906 and
carded in the Penobscot Registry of Cases, Volume 964,
Page 14, to which dead reference is hereby made.
