(TITLE.) C1binaut21 relating to the operation of. Aerated, lf-service_
dwices to the public.
Be it ordained by the City Courwi! of the City of Reopen m follows:
1. That the owner r proprietor of a business which vends or sells
goods and/orservices to the public by means of corn -operated, self-service
devices shall provide the following:
A. Conspicuously posted signs giving full directions for
the proper and safe operation of any and all types of
coin-operated devices on the premises where such corn -operated
and self-service devices are located.
B. The came, address and telephone number of the ow
proprietor or his duly authorised agent or employee posted
in a conspicuous place on said premises.
C. Conspicuously posted instructions and provisions
which will enable persons having difficulty with the
proper operation of said equipment to be reimbursed
should said equipment be defective or fail to operate
properly.
2. A copy of this ordinance shell be posted in all locations which
contain public win -operated, self-service devices.
3. Failure to comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall
ender the owner or proprietor of any business described herein liable to
a fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) for each day he is in default.
