M. RICE PAPER COMPANY, a corporation duly organised and exist- ing under the lava of the State of Maine and doing business at Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Maine, under the name and style of Brown and White Paper Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow- ledged, do hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit -claim unto the said C. M. RICE PAPER COMPANY, its successors and assigns forever, the Larkin Street School, so-called, located in said Bangor, and the land on which it is situated, all as more aWwiculsrly described as followas Beginning on the southwesterly right-of-way line of Larkin Street approximately 227 feat northwest from the northwesterly right-of-way line of Main Street on the north line of land now or formerly owned by Gerald M, Rush as described in deed re- corded In Penobscot Registry of Node, Volume 1639, Page 89; thence in a westerly direction along said line for a dis- tance of 160 feet; thence north at right angles to the last -described line approximately 118,5 feet to the south line of land now or for- merly owned by Edmund R. and Elizabeth C. O'Toole as described In a dead recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 1305, Page 157; thence east along the south line of said property for a distance of 50 feet more or lees to the west line of land now or formerly owned by Acumen Bellnian as described in a deed recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deade, Volume %0. Page 110; thence in a southerly direction along the vest line of said Selinion property 18.5 febt more or lose to the south line of said property; thence east along the south line of said Belinian property for a distance of 110 feet more or lees to the southwesterly right-of-way line of Larkin Street; thence southeast along said southwest line of Larkin Street for a distance of 100 feet more or lase to the point of beginningo The above described parcel contains .39 acres and is the same premises conveyed to the City of Bangor by a deed from George Savage dated October 13 1851 and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Nods in Volume 210, Page 513, by deed from Lebarity M. Tapley dated July 14, 1906 and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 765, Page 303, and by deed from Katie L. Lawrence dated August 13, 1906, and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume ?65. Page 305. TO HAVE AND TO H.LD the above described premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said C. M. RICE PAPER COMPANY, its successors and assigns forever{ so that neither the said CITY OF BANGOR, nor its Successors or any other person or persons claiming from or under it or them, or in the name. right or stead of it or them, shall or will, by any way or means have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises, or their appurtenances, or to any part or parcel thereof, forever.
