Signs Be it ordained by W City Council of the City ofBanyor, ass ibllame: That Chapter VI, Article 3, Section 8 shall be accused to read as follows: 8.14 KenduekeaR Stream Urban Renewal Pxoiect Area. Signs on properties located in the Kenduskeag Stream Urban Renewal Plan, USE. R -J), as mended, shall also conform to the provisions saluting to signs of said Urban Renewal Plan, as follows: Signs 1. General Provisions Each business shall be permitted one horizontal sign facing on each public right of way or public parking area n which each business establishment has a public entrance and direct frontage. Signa may identify the business or fire located on the premises and the general type of goods or services obtainable on the premises. All signs shall be attached to and parallel to the building.
