CIT LIXK Introduced and filed by MEM Oft A N D U M Date March 6, 1969 To: Mr. Jay Alley, City Clerk From: Chief of Police EubjeCt: Revocation of Taxicab Driver's License I recoomeud that the City of Bangor taxicab driver's license No. 723, held by Richard Roeemeier, be revoked by the municipal officer of the City of Bangor in accordance with Chapter IV, Article 1, Section 11 of the City Ordinances. Rosemeier was charged with illegal sale of intoxicating liquor, a cab owned by Yellow Cab Company of Bangor being involved. He was represented by counsel, entered a plea of not guilty, waived bearing, and was adjudged guilty. He paid a fine of three hundred dollars.
