R. Stratton add Sally B. Stratton, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of
Maine, the racclp[ Whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby rented, release,
sell and forever gait-clatm unto the said Wilbur 1. Stratton and Sally Z.
Stratton, as joint tenants and not as tenants in croon, their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described parcels of lend:
A certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City
of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Maine and
being part of lots numbered 354 and 355 as sham on
Coombe plan of Stillwater Perk, said plan being recorded
in the Penobscot County Registry of Beads, Plan Book 6,
page 21, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning
at the southeast c of lot 355 He shown on Cormils
plan; thence easterlybyand along the dividing line
between lots 355 and 356, a distance of thirty feet
(30') to a paint' thence northerly and parallel with
the westerly sideline of Boylston Street as shown on said
Chunk, 'a plan, a distance of fifty feet (50') to e point on
the northerly line of lot 354; thence easterly by and
along the dividing line between lots 353 and 354 a
distance of thirty feet (301) to the westerly aide line
of said Boylston Street; thence southerly by and along
said easterly sideline of Boylston Street a distance of
fifty feet (50') to the point of beginning.
Being all and the same premises as described in a
deed from Joseph A. Young and Helen C. Young to City of
Bangor, dated Auguat 9, 1957 and recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds, Volta 1591, Page 42, to which deed
reference is hereby made.
A certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of
Bangor. County of Penobscot and State of Maine as described
in the exception set forth in the deed from City of Bangor
to Joseph A. Young and Helen G. Young as follows A
triangular shaped piece of land from the easterly side of
lot 353 bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the
southeast corner of Said lot 353 as shown on said Coast's
plan; thence westerly by and along the dividing Line
between Lots 353 and 354 a distance of thirty feet (30')
to a point; thence by an interior angle of 390 38' a
distance of 39.05 feet more
