Street, Bangor, Maine -- Dangerous Building BY the Citg Coursed of the City of Bangor: ORDERED, TEAT the building or structure located at 24-26 Fourth Street, Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in Volume 1295, Page 463 and Volume 1339, Page 3L7 in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds is adjudged a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17, PAWS REVISED STATUTES ANNOTATED, Section 2851 through 2853, as amended and shall be disposed of as follows: 1. Said building or structureshallbe demolished by the comer($) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this order, said demolition to be in conformity with the Lava and Ordinances of the City of Bangor{ 2. In the event said building or structure is not demolished within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall cause said building o structure to be demolished a as possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid by thewner(s) o sed against the property In accordance with 17 M.R.S A89e2853. 3. The owner(s) of said building or structure shall remove BLL personal property located therein, and in the event that the owner(s) fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall remove and dispose of said personal property.
