Alley, City Clerk The Housing Authority has completed plane for providing e full-time security police patrol through the Capebert area. This hes been coordinated with, and has received the full approval of the City Manager and the Chief of Police. Rather than use one of the regular Patrolmen for this purpose, it WE decided to appoint a well qualified individual a constable to perform this service. Our beet x mmendation fs this r - pect is Louie E. Coffey --he appears to have an outstanding background in police work and comes highly recommended by the Police Department. Request that you expedite his appointment as Constable through the City Council at your earliest convenience.
