ORDERED, TUT the building or structure located at 4 Buck Street, Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in Volume 1378, Page 291 in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds Is adjudged a nuisance and .dangerous, as provided In Title 17, MAINE REVISED STATUTES: ANNOTATED, Section 2851 through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as. follows: 1. Said building or structure shall be demolished by the ex(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage Ofthisorder, said demolition to be in conformity with the Laws and Ordinates of the City of Bangor. 2. In the event said building 01 structure is not demolished within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Cade Enforcement Officer shall cause said building, or structure a o be demolished a as possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid by the owner(e) o sed against the property in accordance with 17 M.R.S.A992853. 3.
