Dear Sir:
It would be appreciated if yaur engineering department
would make a study to determine the costs to us, in
accordance with city standards, to complete the instal-
lation of required utilities, street and sidewalk on
proposed Hempstead Ave. and that part of Saratoga Ave.
leading from Mt. Hope Ave to the westerly end of Hempstead
Ave. Please include one hundred feet on lateral streets
to Hempstead to avoid future repairs or duplication of
efforts.
If gravel in our pit at the end of Mt. Hope Ave. is suit-
able, it may be used.
Very truly yours,
Woodlawn Development Corporation
By Trees.
