In the County of Penobscot and State of Maine,
in consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations
paid by Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Bangor
of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Elaine
the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise,
release, hurgain, well anb ramrih and forever quit -claim unto the said
Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Bangor, its successors
Efl[ and Assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in
and to the following described real estate eituated at Bangor
in the County of Penobscot
and State of Maine and more particularly described as
Lot No. 23 cor. Hamlin and Stillwater Ave. of Percy C. Russell, Heirs,
1911-S26-86,
Meaning and intending to convey all of the Grantors right, title and interest
in and to the same Premises acquired by tax deeds recorded in Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Vol. 1130, Page 346; Vol. 1130, Page 476; Vol. 1168,
Page 286.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor
may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for
the tax year(s) 1936, 1931 and 1938
