848 Hammond Street, Bangor, Paine -- Dangerous Building
By the Cay Couomi( of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED,
THAT the buildings or structures located at 848 Rosamond Street,
Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in Volume 1237, Page 351 and Volume 1267,
Page 228 1n the Penobscot Registry of Deeds is adjudged a nuisance and
dangerous, as provided in Title 17 MAINE REVISED STATUTESANNOTATBD,
Section 2851 through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows:
1. Said buildings or structures shalt be demolished by the
owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of
this order, said demolition to be in conformity with the
Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor.
2. In the event said buildings or structures are
not demolished
within thirty (30) days, as provided above, the City Code
Worriment Officer shall cause said buildingsor structureslto
be demolished as
soon
s possible, all expenses incurred thereof
to be paid by the owner(s) or assessed against the property in
accordance with 17 M.R.S.A. t 2853.
3. The owner(s) of said buildings ostructures shall r all
personal property located therein, and in the event thatthe
owmer(s) fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement
Officer shall remove and dispose of said personal property.
