Be it ordnirud by the Cies Coam V of the My of Bangor, w fouom:
THAT Chapter I, Article 5 be amended by deleting Section 2, 3, 4 and 5 and
replacing with the following:
Article 5 - WARD LINES AND MASS OFFICIALS
Sec. 2 Ward I1. Beginning at the Hampden line on the Penobscot River; thence along
the Hemostat River to the Kendeskeag Stream to Hammond Street;
thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Hammed Street to
Clinton Street and along the center line of Clinton Street to Union Street;
thence along the center line of Union Street to Third Street; thence along
the center line of Third Street to a point where said street, if extended,
wind be intercepted by the Hampden town line; theme following the Hampden
town line to the paint of beginning.
Sec. 3 Ward III, District No. 1. Beginning at the Hampden town line at a point
where Third Street, if extended, world intersect
said point, also being on the north line of Ward 117 thence ina line along

the center line of Third Street to Union Street; thence along the center line
of Union Street to West Broadway; thence along the center line of West Broad -
Way to Silver Road; thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line
Of Silver woad to Webster Avenue; thence in a southwesterly direction along
the center line of Webster Avenue to a point where, if extended, it would
intersect the Hampden town line; thence along the Hampden town line to the
point of beginning.
Sec. 4 Were III, District No. 2. Beginning at the point where the Hampden town line
intersects a continuation of Webster Avenue; thence
in a northeasterly direction along the center line Of Webster Avenue to Silver
Road; theme i southeasterly direction along the Canter line of Silver Road
to West Broadway; theme along Ue center line Of West Broadway to union Street;
thence along the center line of V et to the City line; thence along
the City line to the point of beginning.
Sec. 5.1 Ward IV, District NO. 1. Beginning at the Kenduskeag Stream along the
enter line of Hammon Street to Clinton Street.
