is attached, to land located on Onion Street, from Zebra T. Mooren and
others.

A certain lot or parcel of land located in said Bangor to wlte
Beginning at a Point formed by the intersection of the westerly
right of may line of Brion Street and the northerly right of say
line of Westland Avenues thence In a northwest direction along the
watarly aide line of Union Street for a distance of thirty (30)
feats chance southwest along a line at right angles to the last
described line for a distance of sixty-three and thirty-eight
hundredths (63.38) feat to the northerly right of way line of
Westland Avenues thence southeast along the northerly right of way
line of Westland Avenue for a distance of seventy and thirteen
hundredths (70.13) feet to the Point of beginning.
Being part of the sees premises conveyed to Bear/ Moores by tis*
City of Bangor by dead dated August 11, 1949 and recorded in
Penobscot County Registry of Ueadse Vol. 13130 Page 71.
The purpose of the conveyance is to confirm the emi0ant dome" taking
by the Grantee in October 1964.
Also the Grantors hereby confirm the taking by the City of Bangor
for elope easements, temporary grading easements and drainage
easenents on Union Street between interstate Highway, and Davis
Road and recorded in Vol. 1984, Page 253 in said Registry.
Selma T. Moores is a widow and unmarried and Loraine J. Moores is
single and mwarried.
